What if my piece is damaged when I receive it?

In the unfortunate event that your piece doesn't survive the shipping process, please email me at hello@arcceramic.com with a photo of the damaged piece within 48 hours and either a replacement or a refund can be organised.  

Can I return my item?

Every piece is carefully handmade and has undertaken its' own unique journey to reach your home. Whilst I try to depict the most accurate representation of every piece on my website, there may be slight variations in colour and size. I want you to love your piece and if for any reason you wish to make a return please email me at hello@arcceramic.com however it is a case by case situation...
